Position: Graphic Designer (Full-time/Part-time)

Job Summary: As a Graphic Designer at PT Baligo Holiday Group, you will play a pivotal role in translating our brand vision and marketing strategies into captivating visual content. You will work closely with the marketing team to create eye-catching designs that communicate our brand identity, promote our travel packages, and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sense, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and design engaging visual content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, website banners, print materials, and promotional materials.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring that all designs align with our brand identity and objectives.
– Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts that effectively convey key messages and resonate with our diverse customer base.
– Maintain and update our existing design materials, ensuring consistency and relevance to current marketing campaigns.
– Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software, and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
– Support the team in other design-related tasks, such as photo editing, image retouching, and creating infographics, as needed.
– Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing initiatives and brand development.
– Provide design support for special projects and events hosted by PT Baligo Holiday Group.
Requirements:
– English Speaking & Writing Skills (Mandatory)
– Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
– A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring designs are visually appealing, coherent, and aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
– Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking direction and feedback constructively.
– Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
– Strong communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with team members from different departments.
– Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry are advantageous but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in the travel industry or working with travel-related brands.
- Experience of increasing social media (Instagram) engagement on posts, reels, stories.
